Refund policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different piece, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery at thebadhabitsclothing@gmail.com. We will arrange a return pickup for your order.
Note: The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are processed only for:

  • The same order value or a higher amount.

  • Once the returned item is received and passes quality checks, the new item will be dispatched within 2 working days.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

  • Products without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchange coupon codes can be used once only.

  • Products purchased at the original price cannot be exchanged for items available at a discounted price during a sale.

  • Similarly, customers cannot claim the difference if the product goes on sale later.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Please ensure you read the product description carefully and are sure about size, fit, material, and color before placing an order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In case you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Kindly share:

  • Clear photos and a video of the damage

  • Send it to thebadhabitsclothing@gmail.com.

We will verify and issue an exchange for the same item.

EMPTY PACKAGE CLAIMS

Every parcel is weighed and verified before dispatch.
Hence, empty package claims will not be entertained and are considered false claims.
All such requests will be automatically rejected.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds.
In case of a genuine issue, we may offer a store credit after receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.

PARTIAL COD CONDITIONS

If you opt for Partial COD and refuse the order at delivery, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.

However, we do allow free reshipping of the same order upon request.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

If you've ordered the wrong size, you may email us at thebadhabitsclothing@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order, and we will try to update it accordingly.
